What Does A Typical Work Day Look Like When Our Team Is Remodeling Your Home | Part 2 | Our Process
Everyone does things differently, but these small but efficient habits help us keep our customers happy during our remodeling projects.
We don't typically answer calls outside of business hours unless it's an immediate emergency. We always make sure to communicate these expectations BEFORE we start any project to ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of who to contact in case of x reason. We answer all our calls during office hours, and within an hour max, we return any missed calls.
Seamless Remodeling: Things in remodeling are bound to come up. Materials can be delayed, there can be a mix up in the materials being delivered, weather delays, sick crew members etc. We don't promise a perfect process, but we do guarantee to communicate all/any major changes promptly as they come up, and to keep a clean job site. We show up to work when we say we will, if not we call/text ahead of time to let you know what is going on.
