OK WOW! These colors look absolutely beautiful together on this new siding. I love how time-lapse videos make it look easier than it really is haha. Everyone does things differently, but these small but efficient habits help us keep our customers happy during our remodeling projects. We don't typically answer calls outside of business hours unless it's an immediate emergency. We always make sure to communicate these expectations BEFORE we start any project to ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of who to contact in case of x reason. We answer all our calls during office hours, and within an hour max, we return any missed calls. Seamless Remodeling: Things in remodeling are bound to come up. Materials can be delayed, there can be a mix up in the materials being delivered, weather delays, sick crew members etc. We don't promise a perfect process, but we do guarantee to communicate all/any major changes promptly as they come up, and to keep a clean job site. We show up to work when we say we will, if not we call/text ahead of time to let you know what is going on.

Some like to listen to music to get in the zone🎤🎵🕺, and others prefer silence, which some people may find boring 😴😅. There’s no right or wrong way, both can be pleasant experiences. This is just our OWN PREFERRED style of working. When your house is getting remodeled, it becomes the workspace of the contractor and their team remodeling it. If it’s a large renovation project, you might not even be allowed to be on site while the crew is working, (due to dangerous site conditions for example), or you might be off on vacation etc. Whether you are at home or not, it’s pretty normal and common for contractors to listen to music while working, some are the most productive when listening to music 🎶💃🏻🕺 In our case, we got used to working in silence. Normal construction noise: It’s hard not to make noise in Construction / remodeling, but we try to minimize it IF we have to due to X circumstance, AND as long as it doesn’t drastically slow down productivity. Everyone’s ultimate goal in remodeling is to give you an amazing transformation, regardless of how they set up their worksites. This isn’t to say that loud music, smoking or drinking is a bad thing, but it’s just our own preference not to on the job.
